1. Does Possytronics do refunds?

Yes we do and you have a statutory right to change your mind on any purchase within 14days of purchase. However if you do change your mind then we would expect the product to be returned to us in the same quality as it was delivered so that it can be resold. Items will only be exchanged if the goods are returned unopened/unused and are returned with all accessories, instructions and packaging etc. Your statutory rights are not affected.

However if the product is faulty then please return the product to us and we will send another out as soon as possible free of charge.

When returning any goods, proof of return postage must be obtained. Failure to do so could result in the loss of items, which Possytronics Ltd cannot be held responsible for.

2. What happens if my products are not suitable?

We would advise you to make sure that the items you order are suitable and compatible with your plans for use. If you are unsure about any details, please consult the project Instruction book or contact us for help before purchase and ask us any questions. Please make sure that you have all of the suitable tools required to construct the kit other than those provided.

With this Possytronics Ltd. will not accept responsibility for INCORRECT or UNSUITABLE items ordered by the customer.

3. How long does it take to deliver my products?

Possytronics Ltd. seperates postage costs into weight allows you to specify the delivery time. We aim to Process & Dispatch Your Order (in stock items) between 24 and 48 hours, and this process occurs six days a week.

Please be aware that if you send a purchase email for a product between Friday 6pm and Sunday 6pm it will not be received until Monday and so may not be dispatched until Tuesday and depending on the delivery option chosen it may not arrive until Friday. Currently most deliveries take 2-3 working days but please allow upto 5 working days for a standard delivery.

4. How much does delivery cost?

Possytronics aims to provide fair and fast service with delivery. The postage is in accordance with Royal Mail prices and you will find there is a slight difference to cover our packing materials and resource costs. We will email you confirmation of these charges with the cost of your product or inform you directly if it is a telephone order.

5. What happens if my product is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock we will create a back order for you & this will be sent as soon as the stock arrives. Please note your credit card will be charged at the time of dispatch, for the goods that are in stock only. Back ordered items subsequently will be sent on to you as soon as stock is available and you will be charged for these items only, when they are dispatched.

When an item is back in stock we will contact you via telephone or email to inform you. Normally you can be told immediately if a product is out of stock and if you would like to continue with the order.

6. Do you do any special offers?

From time to time, we place special deals/offers on our site. These are all subject to date and stock availability restrictions.

7. How do I pay for my order?

Possytronics Ltd is very aware of the dangers of internet fraud and personal details being neglected. For this reason we have decided to postpone our online payment services and only take payment on a one to one basis over the telephone or through a cheque. We hope that this does not inconvenience our customers and that they understand that we are taking these measures as a precaution to protect you.

In the mean time orders can be placed by email and telephone. Email orders will be processed and then a sales team member will personally call the customer to take their payment details.

Accounts can be set up after a first order has been placed and paid off in full within 30days of invoice. Once payment has been taken for a product order an email and/or paper invoice (depending on customer preference) will be dispatched with the order.

8. How do I get in contact if I have a problem with my order?

We hope you are completely satisfied with our service and products. 9. What if I purchase a product that has been incorrectly described on your website?

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. Any errors or omissions will be corrected as soon as they are brought to our attention. All items shown are for illustration only; products may from time to time differ from those shown. Specifications and product descriptions are to be used as a guide only. Should any errors or omissions arise, we will inform you via email promptly. If something is different from what you have ordered and the mistake is ours then we will refund all product and postage costs.

10. Will Possytronics pass on my details to anyone else?

Possytronics Ltd. treats Your Personal Information as Strictly Confidential. We will not disclose or sell your details without your permission. Cookies are used on Possytronics Ltd. website, but no personal data recorded.
