EL sheet is exclusive to Possytronics and is specificly designed for textile garments, It can be easily attached by Velcro, or sewn to fabric by hand or machine as shown. The EL sheet/tape can even folds to the contours of the product.
The small 3 volt inverter (battery pack) has a pre-programmed sequence as the skull shows above, which it follows several times then reverses the sequence and flashes before repeating the process again.
